Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your blender and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
